Reward good teachers! I need that pay raise. You know that struggling teacher next door walks in and out with the buses and gets paid the same amount as the teacher there 3 hours extra a day!! Does that make them good? Caring? I am not saying just because they are there 3 extra hours that they are good but atleast they are working on making a difference. The teacher that walks in and out with the bus may take it all home. SO don't judge every teacher that way, but for the most part...

There are so many teachers that are protected by the union and have no right to be a teacher.
If you work at Walmart and don't do your job you get fired. If you are the CEO of a company and don't do your job you get fired. If you are a teacher and don't do your job you get to keep it... and hurt the education of the children you impact.
