Real Estate Developer and builder just looking to hang on for the 3rd straight year. Built 50 houses and developed and sold 90 lots in 2006, but won't build any in 2011 and have 75 lots in inventory that the carrying cost are eating me up.

I've survived the last 3 yrs, things are looking better now.
more houses going up this yr than in the past few yrs.
the past few yrs have weeded out the weak, only the strong survive
alot of builders I used to work for have went under but I still have a few that are still building.
