Pinnacle is still strong and discussed/used by citizens of free countries.
Citizens of countries with imperialist governments may have stopped talking about Pinny, likely due to frustration.

Yikes!
However, you must have had a nice sized bankroll to lose 10K.
I never play in the casino section of any book, period!
I mainly play in tournaments with buys of $20 or less.
When I money or win a tourney its nice to have the option of instantly transferring funds from poker to sportsbook accounts like I do at Centrebet and Canbet, now Pinny will allow me to do this too.

24hPokers network is now Entraction network? Ugly software, tight players when I last played there. And it's in €, so there will be ugly conversion fees.

I HATE the conversion game, my Pinny acct is in Canadian Dollars and I may just pass altogether on Pinny poker if the conversion rate is poor.
Good info, thanks!

with casinos and poker, you don't lose anything on the conversion. it is only when you deposit and withdraw you lose money on the conversion.
let's say your account is in sterlings, just bet twice as much if you want to think of it in sterlings.

they have a small base of players too don't they? With pinnacle's sportsbook players maybe the game will get easier but it would have interesting if they would have went independent... Of course being in the US this is all, unfortunately, just outside speculation on my part...
