Does Matchbook take a long time to grade bases?

Milwaukee/Chicago still isn't in. Is matchbook always this slow on grading?

They still havent graded Milwaukee/Chicago. Its been...4 hours. Is this unusual. I'm not worried I am just curious, this is my first season playing with anyone other than Pinnacle.
