2500€ stuck in bwin - payout request pending more than a week

Hello everyone,

more than a week ago I asked a withdrawal of 800€ via Moneybookers from bwin but the money has still not reached to my account jet and unfortunately I have 1700 more euros still on my account. The sum does not include any bonus and I have no other account in bwin. I have uploaded my ID, called to them and sent e-mails but they have failed to give me a date when I'll receive my money. I also give you a short summary of my questions and their answers via e-mails and call centre:

1. When 3 days had passed (which is very long time in my opinion to process a withdrawal via MB) I sent an e-mail asking when will I receive the money. They answered please upload an ID. BUT I HAD ALREADY DONE IT 2 DAYS AGO
2. On day 4 I asked again when will the money arrive their answer was everything seems to be fine with your ID (oh really!!!) and there should be no problem. We think that the money will be on your account today or tomorrow.
3. Day number 6 and still no money I call to the helpline and ask the legendary question WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY? The answer was that the security department has still not checked my ID and cause it is weekend it will take 1-3 more days.
4. Today I sent an e-mail and asked the absolutely latest possible date when the money could reach to my account (how hard could this question be for a decent company???) they answered that my ID is sent to the financial team and they(customer upport?) have no influence over the time it takes for the financial team procerures....

So it seems to me that I' not the only one that has this problem. Could anyone give me advise how can I get my money from bwin in this century.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir.

Did the scan of your documentation come out clear enough for them to read? If so it could be a case of Bwin funding their Moneybookers merchant account to send you your payment.

I occasionally see payout delays at Bwin. They are almost ALWAYS related to ID issues. Make sure your ID is clear. In most cases, they can sort out any identity issue within a week.

I checked the copy of my drivers licence I sent them and in my opinion it was perfectly readable and clear. I hope too that the delay is caused just by their extremely low working speed. I have never seen any other books processing my withdrawal more than three days. But I think I can wait for couple of more days unitil I fill the complaint form.

But could you tell me how shore it is that I'll get my money in the end. As it seems they have had that kind of problems before. Has there been any cases where they do not pay at all?

I've read about players having their account balances confiscated before sir, however that mainly is due to the fact they were deemed as bonus abusers.

For example here is what they would do if that was the case. If you have something winning above your deposit, you will receive only the deposit amount. If you have less than the deposit, you will receive the balance.

Fortunately in my case there was no bonus included. I had the bonus (30 euros) some time ago but lost it all and made three additional deposit (average deposit sum about 100€) after geting the bonus and before each of these deposits my account statement was less than 5 euros so it means I lost the deposited money.

But you wrote mainly, so that means there are exeptions?

Hi all! I'm new here, and hope someone can help me.
I've requested 3 outpayments from bwin, 1st was MONTH ago and the last one was 3 weeks ago. Yes, I'm still pending my money... I've sent 3 e-mails to customers support service and they said they accepted my outpayments and they were completed 11.04.2008, 07.04.2008, 03.04.2008 respectively. But, I still don't have the money on my Credit Card. Wtf? I've sent them my ID, Credit Card copy etc., so everything was OK with identification.

I take it that you have sent them all the required documentation they have originally requested? If not that could be the problem right there.

He said they say they've sent the money, but it isn't showing on his credit card, so I think the problem is after the ID stage

Total sum of outpayments is about 300 euro, and I've sent them all documents, I don't have double accounts, I'm not limited member, not a cheater etc. And my bank can't give any info on that...

Small detail here...

Last email I've sent to bwin was today. Previous one was about a week before (~18.04.08-19.04.08), and they said to me that my outpayments were confirmed and sent to their bank service, but (as they say now) 11.04.08 were already completed all my outpayments...
