How is any team going to score more than one touchdown? No team will give up any big plays i don't think. FG's should be pretty difficult too with the wind and the ball being hard. Tough for receivers to catch balls too and make moves. Defenses will dominate this game. Even 1st downs will be tough to come by

The Steelers put up 31 points against the Ravens, a great defensive team. The ravens, who offense is worse then the Jets, put up 24 points against them. If the total was around 45 I would lean more towards the under, but I don't know in this case.Comment -

But don't you think that was only because of multiple turnovers in the redzone? I mean defense dominated that game. No team could run the ball. 1st downs were so hard to come by. If it wasn't for all those fumbles and interceptions in their own side of the field, it probably would have finished like 21-17 or something. The Jets are going to try and run because they know they can't rely on sanchez to throw 40+ times, so that should eat up a lot of clockComment -
Don't you think that the Steelers defense which is awesome against the run would put an end to that and force him to throw. They are more worried about the steelers defense then their offense, which would make them want to preserve more time. The turnovers did have an effect on it. I'm not going either way on the total in this game, but it is not an easy bet. Your going to have to sweat the under the entire game. I am on the under in the Bears/Pack game which as talntd said, seems to be much easier. Totals are a total gamble for lack of a better word.Comment -

the jets offense isn't as good as the ravens. The Jets were given a short field numerous times against the pats, and New England's young defense just couldn't make third down stops. I don't see the Jets scoring more than 14 tomorrow.>54%Comment -

Total is at 38, do the math. You're asking for 1 touchdown for 3 quarters combined for these 2 teams, and 1 quarter where the teams can combine up to two TD's...Can't really see this happening with the way both these defenses play.. plus this is an AFC Championship game, you know defense is going to be HUGE in this matchup.Comment -
