It could have been that, but some online books, like Bodog and Betonline have Electronic Checks. So all you have to do is enter the Routing Number and Bank Account number that takes a few business days to clear, but the online books base it on integrity and put the funds in there betting account right away, then when they get notification that it was charged back for insufficient funds, they lock the account until its resolved. Sadly enough I've heard it all working at a local bank here in Buffalo, NY...it's sad

But they will put that in Chexsystems, and that kid or however old he is will never be able to be associated with any banks. Can't open an account, loans, nothing...so it would be smart if he'd pay it back and be a man
