Another good app for the iPhone is ScoreMobile. Its pretty much just a score app (shows you scores by sport), but it shows you the spread and total of the games also. Plus it seems to update as close to real time as any app that I've downloaded.

It also has MMA results and spreads, which I haven't seen on other apps.

scoremobile is nowhere near as up to date as ESPN and a few others... it was the first I used but I have 4 total now that I try and keep track with.

iOdds is the best one for NCAABB. It's listed just as it is on the rotation. No fumbling around with conferences to find a score.
