i am the otherway around. i can quit smoking couple of months no problem. but i can't go 2 weeks without gambling.

That is why I'm doing both, just switched to cigars, so don't have to get out every 20 min or so when bet is going south!

the reason why smoking is so bad is because you crave the nicotine but also the habit...I think the habit part is worse...like when you wake up and have one or sitting in front of the comp for hours and just keep lighting up. Then its like your body gets in the habit of doing this. Very hard to break the cycle.

If we are talking about mental part then yes, everyone know smoking is bad there are no benefits on the other hand you'r can lie yourself that you a gonna win big every time you place the bet

Never got into smoking cigs. Smoke bud though but I could quit that if I really wanted or had to.
