For the record though, JJ, Web_connect said the chat would be upgraded. Not sure if they will follow up on that, since it's been promised quite a few times, but don't they will entertain your idea of pulling the plug.

As for all chatters being emotional wrecks, I can safely say the majority are more stable than you and your minions in PT.
