These type of sites are at full time war with spammers. They sign up just to put up a link like; get your Viagra here. You see them get through our defenses at times then a mod deletes their goober and bans them. I would say 1/4 of all sign ups are these pesky spammers. As far as bi-polar type ghosts I think SBR has as few as any site thanks to the points system and the need to stop points fraud. As you've seen recently with guys creating threads complaining about their points being turned off, we are getting a lot better at ghost busting.

Many of the 98,000 registered users are spammers. They either have 0-2 posts and are banned. I'd say on any given day there are no more than 1000 physical users posting.
