Seems it was while he went to serve our country.

He never mentioned it was a serious thing, however, surgery is always serious, no matter how "small" it is.

Right, but there are "prey he survives" and "prey for a speedy recovery" surgeries. They're both serious, but some are more high risk than others. I was just wondering how worried we should be about the dude.

He did mention he would be in the hospital for a couple of months, but would try to have inet access over cel phone.

I feel bad for always calling him "kok boy." I had no idea until yesterday that he was sick or until today that he was a vet. Such a fun guy. Hope he's alright.

Your not kidding about back surgery being the worst Swede. The last time I had back surgery, the doctor operated at the wrong level and ended up cutring a nerve root.

Yikes! My dad had back surgery a few years ago. I think he had pieces of a disk floating around his spine. We finally convinced him to go in when he lost the ability to control his right foot. He's a stubborn one. I remember that being a tougher recovery than most of his heart surgeries. I have all kinds of problems with my back...I refuse to see a chiro about it. I am petrified they'll find a reason to cut me open. Same with my knees. I'd just rather not know how bad it is right now.

ok guys, somewhat fukked on meds right now...
positive things, got the disks back in place, just gotta learn how to move my legs properly now.
