Never heard of a book that will not block if you ask. Just contact the Greek and they will do it. Keep in mind, there are many books that say once they do block it, that is final. You cannot ask to have it re-enabled. This varies by book so you might want to ask if you might want the casino back at some point in the future.

You don't have a clue. All the books I currently play at, the casinos are blocked. This is what happens if I try to enter.
