What kind of odds are you getting? That is a pretty balsy move. Heck, if you were going to take -7 1/2 you might as well have punt to -9 1/2. I like plays like this. I don't like it in this particular game, per se, but anytime you can lengthen the odds on a gut feel - it's a great play.
I just think Big Ben will do what he does late in the game and get a late score (FG, most likely) and win the game only just.
