I frankly can understand both perspectives, and wouldn't criticise a book for grading it either way in this case. Given that it has now happened once, I would advise them to add a specific rule that addresses score corrections (vs protests and other such changes)

That still leaves gamblers hanging out to dry whenever a new situation, not covered in the rules, presents itself.

If they want to adjust the rules, fine. But don't apply the changed rule retroactively.

For rules not covered, the Greek very clearly refers to Vegas rules.

I agree that this is a great time for Books to adjust their T&C's. But as you say, the UCLA situation from Saturday clearly falls under Vegas rules---end of story. This Vegas clause is exactly the reason why it's accepted by the offshore Books, so that the player knows what to expect when a grey area occurs.

The Greek, ABC, and perhaps others (I'd like to know who they are too) violated their own rules and their clients' trust.

PS Strangely, SBR is silent concerning the Greek. Guess they want this to go away.
