SBR Poker has a scheduled update this weekend to allow for some new features to be implemented. The Saturday tourney will be resumed next week.

i will tell you players that i dont like going up against at the tables. i wouldnt be surprised if these are the guys that are in the top 5 at the end of the week. but based on my experience and opinion the guys like psv777, soxsfan, goofyre , vbpro7 , iifold, ninersnut, lineman have always sent me home early and are always in the top 30 every week at the free rolls. i got to get my shit together when going up against 'em

i have no problems with non-pros who have been here a long time with large post counts but the thought of a ghost account with little post counts having the chance to win sbr contests really bothers me.

I think the disconnects have greatly been reduced. I played in both tournaments this past week, and wasnt d/c'ed once. When this thing got off the ground, I would get d/c'ed every 5-6 hands. Another fine job, by the best site on the internet: SBRFORUM.COM!

We are on this.

Of the last 88 non Pros who played in the past 5 tourneys, 7 had post counts under 10. We are in the process of eliminating unestablished posters from future tourneys.

This is really great.

However a suggestion would be, that when you can only participate in one tournament each day, why not start a tournament every 2nd hour for 6 hours, instead of every hour for 3 hours. That way more people can participate.
