Should I Circumsize My Kid?

So I will be having my first kid in a couple months and my wife and I still haven't decided to snip the little guy or not. We aren't Jewish or religious at all really. There are pros and cons to each from what I have seen.

Circumcision - Looks "cooler", apparently better at preventing STD's, and easier to keep clean.

Non-Circumcision - The natural way you were created why chop it off, no loss of sensitivity.

The square play is definitely circumcision, and the sharp play is non I believe I am leaning towards non as it seems like unnecessary surgery to me to fit in with society and be socially acceptable.

I myself never was snipped so naturally I am a little biased in this regard. Anyone snipped and have bad experiences, good etc. What did you do for your kid?

No. All of the medical associations are against male circumcision.

It is archaic and only exists as a result of religion.

Yeah this a common myth (or fact) I'm not really sure. There's been a lot of clinical studies done with varying results. Some say the non are naturally cleaned on their own, I don't know if I buy that. Seems like this is becoming a sensitive topic nowadays like abortion almost Tough call, I still don't know what to do.

Same here with my wife, must be a chick thing Chicks seem to be all about the "cool" look. Seems like most women prefer cut over uncut from what I've heard in terms of appearance at least.

if that is the case, and you get greater sensitivity in the area, then perhaps uncut, all natural, is the way to go.

From what I've read they are dropping lately. Around 60-40 or 55-45 for cut these days in babies.

Ive also heard chicks dig the cut. I would ask women about this, since thats really what its all about. I could care less one way or the other but if ladies like prefer cut, then cut I would go with. Think about your sons future
