Thank god for the new highway from escazu to jaco! way way faster than the old way that took like 2 hours. new highway is about 30-40 minutes.

For East coasters - Continental flys 2 flights a day non-stop there from Newark about $600, nothing direct from Philly or NY but with stopovers can fly as low as $450.

I had mine expedited. I had to go to the post office to do all the paperwork, then they sealed everything in a special envelope, and gave the envelope back to me. I overnighted that envelope to a service in Houston, and I had my passport in my hands a few days later. Although I think you can only get same day processing if you have an airline ticket that says your flight is leaving within 2 weeks or something.

As I said in another thread, I will puddle jump over if snack chip dude does not offer me a ride in his yellow submarine. Everybody on the east coast should def be keeping an eye on continental out of newark. That flight price fluctuates a lot. sign up for their credit card and frequent flyer deal and i think u can get like 25k free miles. close to enough for a free flight. plenty of time to plan.

Who is up for begging SBR_JOHN to Rent a shuttle bus
to get everyone to and from airport.

We will try to take care of everything we can. We can get a driver to shuttle guys to the hotel no problem. We will have a nice bus to take us to the beach resort after the first night which will be spent in good ole San Jose(no cameras during this part ).
