What I do is. Take the 10 for 5 straight times, then after the 5th, go for the 50. Start over if I get the 50 correct or not.

I never go for the 125, is there a level after that?

Domer you can single that to 50/50 because in recent years 1990 to present hoosiers defense couldnt hold "sisters of the poor high" to 38 yards. That sounds like an old school run only total my guess its 1942 did they even keep records in 1889? whats the answer?

No, there's three questions total.

When I started out with trivia I always went for the max, but even though I was hitting a lot of the third questions, I was hearing about a lot of impossible ones, so after two weeks I started stopping after 50.

I think I get the first two correct about 75% of the time. Occasionally there will be ridiculous ones even not on the third, so not much I can do about that.

For example, my first question on January 8th asked for the longest losing streak of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2008. Unfair question, especially as the 10 pointer.

Only one all 3 once and that was when sbr trivia first started back when it paid good with easy questions. The good ole days of sbr trivia.

Don't know why I went for it today, usually I figure if the first two are easy to answer ... chances are you're going to get boned on the 125. I never stop at 10, always at least go for 50. If the 50 is tough and I get it, that's when I bail.

I've never heard anyone advocate doing that aside from pavyracer.

I got this for my second question..."Which team led the Big Sky Conference with a 15-1 in-conference record?" They didn't even specify which sport or year. I looked it up, it was basketball and two seasons ago. Who is writing these things? I have only done a handful of trivia's and already got several really vague questions where you have to make assumptions to what they are even referring to.

They get it from a third party vendor, and that vendor evidently does not do a very good job.

There are several questions which are either unclear or the answer given isn't correct.

I've only gone for 125 once (when I was "feelin it") and hit it, and have never tried again since. I figure I have a chance to always be "up" - no? I always go for 50. Today I missed "Who had the most HR in the 2005 season?" I know shit about baseball so I guessed Tigers and it was Red Sox. Did I miss an easy one?
