It's not an entry fee.

The contest sponsor requires each player to make a $50 deposit, which they are free to wager however they please, and in turn the player becomes eligible for the $5,000 weekly pots, and $10,000 Grand Prize-Pool.

We're expecting to receive the list of eligible accounts from DSI today, winnings will follow soon thereafter. Once the majority of contestants are verified, we can expect to see the credits be completed sooner in the ~3 business day time-frame.

Please explain how it is bad business. I think its the opposite as this forum and the books are in business to make money and not just give cash away to posters who have no intent to ever make a deposit into any of the books.

Its very good business IMO. You have specials, contest and so on to pick up customers. And its not just new customers. Its current customers as well that have made a deposit since Dec.8. So if someone was already a customer they might have already made a deposit that will qualify.

Its also not a fee its just a deposit. So this money is still yours as long as you do not lose it.

yup, Im done for the week. But the great thing about this contest is if you win your first 4-5 games you can almost hedge a small play at a Book and ensure a visit to Percy Profit`s pad with either a win at the book or a nice contest prize

I went 6-1 the first week but did not deposit until after my picks so all I got was 50 points instead of two hundred frijoles @ 2betdsi
