I can see the cards/titans and vikes offering a 2nd and 3rd round picks for kolb, but kolb isnt worth a top 15 1st round, but i'm sure someone will do trade kevin kolb and swap 1st round and 2nd round with the eagles

also there's mcnabb, orton, vince young, so kolb isnt alone on available/tradeable qb for teams desperate for a qb. And there's a highly chance that carolina will pick #1-3 next season, so they can get luck, jones or barkley which are better than this year prospects

As an Eagles fan, I would be proud if the front office gauged a team for a 1st round pick in any deal for Kolb. How a 2nd round pick with a short track record is worth a 1st round pick is stupid, but from what I understand teams love his contract situation and I think that is why talk of a 1st round pick for him is so prevalent.

Out of those QBs, Kolb is the only one with a chance (though admittedly not a great one) to develop into an elite QB. Depending on the team, Orton or Young are probably better for next season, but Kolb is way better for the long run.
