I've spoken to them on the phone for 15 minutes, when they had trouble with a credit card, and the guy I was talking to was nice. I actually enjoyed talking to him and almost went gay for a moment.

Here is my take on whats going on.

Tony said he would be paid.

Check was cut and the account was deleted or moved to a perma banned list. Nobody is talking to shit head because shit head can't stop cussing people out and acting like he's a mouthy 13 year old that needs to be bitch slapped around like a little girl.

No, a suit against a Costa Rican book would be thrown out because the court has no jurisdiction. You can sue a local bookie anytime you want. You're just opening yourself (and more importantly, your bookie) to criminal liability which wouldn't be the smartest thing to do, but the court could award you a judgment just like any other case.

I don't know anything about Costa Rican laws, but I would assume, similar to here, that anyone could file a suit there if they have lived there long enough to have standing.

I have been a loyal customer of 5 Dimes. Great Book. Good Service. You would have to be a real jackass or oblivious to the rules not to get your money. If you are playing online roulette...you get f-ed. Stick to sports.

I've never had a problem with customer service. And when people like this plead to this forum it degrades the integrity. I know the mods here are smarter than to pick up a dumb case like this.

They don't take peoples money they just mislead you sometimes that is all. Great book,great lines, and such but......
1) when i created an account with them i had a promo code for a match play and i was under the impression when i signed up that i would get match on my deposit like what im used to meaning it goes into your account right away. Well it did go into my account as a freeplay and i would have to unlock it in $500 increments. But i did make sure when i was gonna deposit there that i asked if i had to unlock it or if it went in as a matchplay and they assured me it would be as a match and would be mine to bet at and not have to unlock. At the time i was mad that they told me this. But i dont care as i still like them.
2) This just happened i talked to live chat and asked them about book2book transfers and stuff and i made sure to ask detail for detail on everything i could think of in and out. I made sure to ask them if i made a deposit would i be able to transfer it to Match after rollover was met. It is 1x the deposit sapposidy i even didnt take the reload bonus, and also did almost 2times rollover. I was assured all of this and made sure i was onlive chat for like 1 hour asking questions. But guess what when the time came for me to do the transfer into Match Mr. Big Guy Tony A.K.A "The Manager of Managers" as he called himself decides he wants to give me a hard time(1 1/2 hours trying to convince him) and no budge. Long story short he even stuck up for his workers and said they dont have to know everything. But guess what i still live 5dimes, im just telling you that they are misleading. All i have to say is i would have not waisted my time to go through all of the process of withdrawing now and doing this and that if you know what i mean. As its tough to get money into match and i needed it to go in there, just a waist of time and effort for me, not to mention the money that im losing by not having this doe in match.

So there you go i still like them just misleading

Yeah that is true they always pay, i was just making everyone aware of what they did 2me there. And that guy Tony who obviously has no control of his emotions, seemed like i got him so mad for no apparent reason. Even though some of the things he said to me probably would got others pissed i still humbled myself throughout the whole time and in the end i made Tony feel stupid, which made me happy. As a company as good as theres should not have someone like him in control of there assets. His attitude alone could make people hate 5dimes, to be honest after dealing with him I can understand why the guys who started this thread acted like the way he did.
But i still like 5dimes and i will still play there when needed, i wont let 1 person ruin it for me there.

I dont know about you guys, but I have had numerous live chats that have pushed me very close to the edge.

Even times when i do not have any problem to begin with and just have a basic question to ask, I have still been psuhd to the limits.

While I am sure there are many degens on here that cause the problem, there have been many times for me where the attitude and approach and lack of knowledge by the live chat help is the sole reason for the problem.
