Sportsbook Rollover ? Please Help

Hi, can someone please tell me about the rollover listed:
Wagers that do not count toward the rollover: Moneylines wagers -200/+200 and parlays with more legs than 3 teams and teasers with more than two teams.

I dont understand it, so can someone please tell me what bets i would have to make in order to complete the rollover. Thank you.

Pretty much all standard bets work....sides and totals are valid. You can't make a parlay with more than 3 picks and can only do a 2 team teaser. Its mostly trying to eliminate you from using it on huge dogs (+200 or higher) or huge favorites (-200 or higher). If you just put it on a standard side or total it will qualify towards your rollover.
