My state of mind has been horrid as of late. I am attracting all sorts of negative energy. I would like to change that so I need to be more grateful.

I am grateful for living in an age with internet....what did we do 40 years ago...

what did we do 40 years ago...

Read a lot more, didn't spend near as much time in front of a monitor (i.e., TV set with three major networks and PBS), spent time outside in all sorts of activities and worried about draft notices coming in the mail.

Corny as it sounds, I'm grateful for my wife, family and many close friends that I've known for 40-50 years.
