They are very slow on the live chat, but i was told at first i wasn't eligable, then i told them to freeze the poker transfers, and they let it go through. Your last transaction cannot be a withdrawl though

I chatted to see if I was eligible and was shut down. I complained about them advertising it to everyone if only some were eligible. Then they told me to check if I was eligible for a lesser % reload bonus by clicking some link. Which I did and it brought me to a page that said...

James: Instead of it being a 30 day hold and a 4x Rollover, it will now be a 90 day hold, 7x Rollover and a 3x Rollover for the Winnings.

Rollover is on deposit plus the 51% fp.

It gets worse. Now they claim that because I used the free bet on moneylines (which the website lets you do) my rollover is based on the winnings from the freebet rather than the amount of the bonus. This greatly increases the rollover.
