Just opened an account at Bookmaker and was wondering what anybody can tell me about making deposits. I'm sure as hell not giving them my actual credit card information. I wouldn't mind doing the pre-paid card thing, but I'm just looking for an answer before I go down to the drug store or walmart to buy one, and then find out that Bookmaker doesn't accept them. Thanks all.

#4They probably won't accept it. I just went through the same thing with DSI & BM. Unless you are on a higher tier they won't. I'm a gold level @ DSI and they won't accept CC's but since I'm platinum @ BM they are more than willing. I will not be funding either of those accounts again. I'm tired of the run around to get money in there.Comment -

#11Ya I thought about that. But I have a membership at 3 other books, and based on the people I always seem to talk to when I call them, the off-shore books seem to have alot of people on the phone who speak english as a 2nd language. I just hate the hassle of trying to communicate effectively with these people.Comment -

#12JJ you are going to have to explain yourself better than that. You have stated for YEARS in MULTIPLE threads that the obstacles your have to jump through once u get paid is just how it is and isnt a big deal.
I deposit using a pre paid VC and the greek and 5dimes have it both on file. 5dimes has my bank account info too and on monday I requested a bank wire and they said same account as before? I said yes and they said ok thank you. Painless."This is why my basketball intelligence is unmatched on this site. #13Even if you do buy one and they don't accept it, you can just... use it to pay for stuff just like you would your credit card anyway.
No loss really.
FYI, I deposited with CC to Bookmaker a month or so ago and recently had to deposit using some prepaid phone card method they use as they did not accept CC info at the time. Worked fine. :-\Comment
