So they cancel the whole thing after 4 days, then they send an email, then I call and all is okay now, except my withdrawal. Its cancelled, they I must redo the request all over again, and they told me rhey cannot take my payout request today because they are busy, busy with a contest! That was my first thoughts as well Mr.HG, however they didn't tell me that when I called them. They claimed it was site upgrades when I called last night around 4am.
You can always try the Cris mirror site and see if you can access your account.

i asked them for a mirror site and they said use the phone;; i said
i had no phone handy at the moment and only then they let
me use bookmaker;; they're playing a weird games;;

I had a similiar issue a few years ago with a different book. The high volume on their computer system caused it to crash. It was well into Tuesday morning the following week before things were back to normal. Customer service never gave me a straight answer to my Questions. Its s.o.p.Comment -
