Yeah usually thats just the limit per game...You can make more bets but only that amount on a single game...Hope that helps

Now that Ive read your question more closely I assume you are trying to go beyond this limit in a single game...Only way is to call them on the phone and get approval...Dont know what the likelyhood of your chances are though...Not much experience in this type of thing...

If the limit is $250, that is all you can bet on that game, unless you get a managers approval. Now, some books allow you to bet another $250 once the line moves. You would need to ask the book. However, this is somewhat misleading using the term game. Since the $250 limit would apply to a side bet, total bet, money line, or etc. At least that is my understanding as the next paragraph will explain...

Just to add more information, now this next part is only my understanding as I have not done it, but you should be able to bet a $250 side and then if the limit is $250 for a total, you could bet that for another $250.

Furthermore, just in case I was misinterpreting your question, you can bet $250 for any game in, let's say the NBA. So, if there were five games and you wanted to bet each of them, you could bet $250 per game.

I might also add, you could, but many books frown on it, bet $250 on each side of the game, $250 for the favorite and $250 for the dog. This could get you in trouble if you do it too often.
