Who do you guys think will go Number 1 in this years draft. The Panthers have the first pick, but who's to say they wont trade down, or stick with Clausen. Who do they draft in that instance?

No question about it, he is a franchise QB. Elway and Broncos have 2nd pick and will salivate for the guy. Maybe they throw Carolina a deal they cant refuse, but I doubt it.

Luck, thats the only answer, No one will want to trade up to the number one pick it too expensive.

The ONLY way Carolina doesn't end up with Luck at number one is if Luck stays at Stanford.

Maybe Carolina will draft Luck to trade, like the Chargers did with Eli. I still think the Chargers made out in that deal, even though Eli won a Superbowl already. Rivers will get there one day.

carolina needs an 0 line, defense , and wr, not a qb

luck and harbaugh to denver, denver trades k orton and or tebow and swap 1st round picks

I can see Denver making a HUGE offer to Carolina for that #1 pick, especially if they land Harbaugh as their next head coach. Maybe that deal includes Tebow? Carolina would get the #2 pick and Tebow, maybe? Then Carolina could take Bowers or Fairley to anchor their defense for the future. Just read this though on ESPN...

If Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck decides to enter the 2011 draft, the Panthers will take him, two high-ranking team officials said Tuesday.
