Problem with a pizza I ordered from SBR

I posted about this twice in this thread where someone else had a problem with delivery of their pizza:

I had my pizza order cancelled even though I ordered it within the time stated on the order form. I went in to Live Help and was told Sam probably wasn't working because it was New Year's Day. Lou goes in to the thread listed above and says pizzas were processed as normal.

I received an email stating that my order was cancelled an hour after I put it in. I replied asking why it was cancelled.

No reply to the email. No reply to my questions in the thread listed above.

Can anyone give me a reason why my order was cancelled?

Never had that happen to me and I have order many pizzas before. I'm pretty sure there is an explanation.

Yeah, I ordered Omaha Steaks one time and the order went through flawlessly.

Other guys in the thread mention they had to wait an hour up to 3 hours to get their pizza. Why would anyone want to order a pizza that might take 3 hours to get or maybe get cancelled with no explanation?

I would rather pay the $5.99+tax and get my pizza in 15 minutes and get the toppings I want and save up my points for something else.

I'm just lucky sometimes too. That's a part of the game. I think last time I went farther not because I was lucky but because I didn't get unlucky. I didn't get rivered.
