Psychologically speaking, I think she went overboard there because of that guy go 'wraa' or something at 0:29. That adds to the disrespect of the defendant's line.

For example, if you are alone with someone and you disrespect them a tiny bit, they are more likely to let it slide, they may NOT EVEN NOTICE IT IS DISRESPECT. If you are with a group of friends on the other hand, and you do the same action, if members of the group go 'ooohhh, buurn!' etc... the target become more angry at you specifically.

This is what we're seeing here. I know this woman is a crazy puerto rican, but 'That's your opinion', if he said that in private she would not have gone off like that. It was the guy in the background at 0:29that made her believe it was a much worse sign of disrespect than it was.

I tend to believe this kid was thinking she was some bush league tv judge with no credentials. His buds and him probably mock her program and and since he has two years of legal "experience" at the University of Miami he thought he could get the upper hand. fukking dumbass.
