Seriously, Teams quit and dont try once they see how another team in doing. NFL knows people gamble and that it effects every gambler bigtime! If fans wanna scoreboard watch them them to stay the **** home and watch the scoreboard, teams shouldnt know how another team is doing till after the game is finished!
NFL shouldnt allow other scores to be seen at the stadiums

#3I agree. Teams should play their best and not be influenced. Once a team stops trying because of their situation changing from the way another game it fails to be a real competition. Regardless in a competition you should play to win from beginning to end.Comment -

Most of these teams don't have anything to play for.Comment -

#5Of course that would be preferred, being 2011 though there should be countless ways of getting the info anyway...Comment -

in this day and age there's no way the players would not know the what the score is, unless you blackout the stadiumComment -

#7They should ban all communications and radio and TV. Basically every Sunday between 1 pm and 7 pm the whole country should not have radio, TV, cell service, phone service or internet. To make sure the players don't know what other teams are doing.Comment -

#8If the league really cared it would have all teams kickoff at the same time. This isn't soccer where teams jockey for group position.Comment -

#10ronjon,
Tampa was actually playing to win for a chance to make the playoffs. You can't take for granted that the Packers and Giants will win today.Comment -

#12yeah but if ATL lost and NO would have won, NO would be the #1 seed right? The NO game was close at half and the ATL game was a W for ATL at half. NO sees this and realizes it will be the #5 seed and played that way in the 2nd half.Comment -

But if Atlanta lost then Chicago would start trying, even though it looks like they are so far anyway.Comment -

#16Tampa Bay was approaching this game as a playoff game. They knew if they lost they would be out for good. Saints were in the playoffs no matter what and playing on the road vs Rams or Seahawks is not the end of the world.Comment -

#17No how about Baltimore, ******* offense didnt care if they scored another TD after it was 13-0 with alot of time left in the 3rd! They seen Pitt was mauling Cleveland, so they figure WTF leave the starters in to get the win, but lets keep this somewhat close! These guys know the damn spreads and what team the money is on better then us!Comment -
