No-show on SBR Pizza

I was 3-for-3, getting them all in one hour from order time.

Today I'm at 90 minutes and nothing. Called the closest Domino's and they showed no order for my address.

Crap!!!

Is Sam or anyone there doing these today?

Well it is NY Day. Maybe Sam has the day off and SBR just forgot to post an announcement? Obv I'm just guessing though - they don't deliver here so it's not like I have a clue.

I went in to live chat and they said that since it's a holiday that Sam probably isn't in. My order was cancelled and I was refunded my points.

It would be nice to have a disclaimer when ordering say something like "Pizza orders are not available on holidays".

Update: It just came, now that I ordered another one!

Two hours this time instead of the usual one. I wonder if Sam just wasn't looking or something.

Oh well, there'll be plenty of pizza in here for a while!
