[COLOR=#000000 !important]this system is for bowl games only and has produced 2 outright winners in Tulsa and Washington (was on them both)

the plays are:

michigan St +10 (5x)
Uconn +17 (10x)

system/trend:

simple here a little trend i follow when it comes up- in bowl games since 1980, double digit dogs that won their last game outright, cover over 74% of the time. Applied to Tulsa and washington (who won outright)[/COLOR]
