It seems every other game is decided by an obscure rule that most people are not aware off. Are the rules so complicated that the average viewer has no idea what is going on at times?

What do you think? Lets make a list on difficult to understand football rules.

They had the tuck rule with Tom Brady a few years back in the NFL.

Now they have you a rule you can't place your hand on your helmet after scoring a TD in college.

Last week there was a penalty for having 2 people doing the Lambeau field jump instead of one after a TD in the KC/Tenn game in NFL.

Why don't they review on replay who jumped offside?

There are so many I can go on and on.
