i don't find the girl annoying. but what i do find annoying is that guy in the background doing all those silly thing.. now honestly, is this guy trying to be funny or trying to make us laugh?? is this commercial aimed to be funny? cause if it is, that's bad.. that guy is not even 1% funny. i wonder if there is anyone in this world that saw this commercial and actually laughed out loud? the guy is trying too hard.

The safe way to watch the Sun Bowl is to use two pieces of cardboard, you poke a hole in one piece of cardboard and then watch the Sun Bowl as it is projected onto the second piece of cardboard through the hole in the first piece of cardboard, or some crap like that, don't ya'll remember they taught us this in the third grade when they had that solar eclipse thingy!

I laughed - that is funny. ( except you shouldn't have mentioned eclipse at the end --- it lessens the effect when you explain. The ones who got it will like it more and screw the ones who didn't .

Hey thanks hhsilver, you are right about the explaining lessening the effect! I am so used to nobody responding to my silly jokes on here that I sabotaged my own joke.

I am good for comic releif as the third person in a conversation, I can usually come up with some zingers to derail the conversation like the one above where I respond as if I have taken some comment in the conversation in the wrong context. I used to have a buddy that I worked with in retail sales and he and I did this to a fault making ourselves and our customers laugh -- it is amazing how much stuff in conversation could have two or more meanings but it is only our intelligence and knowledge about context that keeps the conversation on track.

as far as searching out my other jokes, I wouldn't suggest it LOL! I have a lot of them on here because I try to get my daily post in so I can buy my trinkets in the SBR store, and many times a joke is the first thing I can come up with to contribute. So there are probably quite a few, how funny they are is another question!
