Yeah I had some questions about that too Mex. Since the point transfer rules go into effect on Feb, 15th, non-pros should be ok next month, but after that, with the limits set at 2 pts a day, it's gonna take 10 days to transfer 20 points. I'm not worried about it, because I'll have my pro status by then, but can we still run the contest and let non pros transfer 2 pts a day until they get to 20? We could set a date like the 10th, but you'd have to have the entire 20 in there by then. What do you guys think?

I think as long as they start pay up the day before or day of it should be okay. Then next month start it a little sooner for non-pros. Do you want to hold the points and make the thread Yis or me? Doesn't matter to me. Just asking since you did it the last two months or so.

I took Tiger Over... for the little that is worth.

But a friend I consider a good judge advised me this way on the tournament, for anyone jonesing for some golf action.

I agree, just let them pay over the course of the month as they can/want. If they don't cough up a full 20 points, they can't play again until they have caught up.

And maybe set up the next month's thread before the 20th of each month, so they can be fully paid up in time if they want.

Could be a little messy. But think we just have to accept some people will not fully pay each month, and leave it as a trust system that most will follow. To avoid the admin hassles of chasing people.
