Tough month. ESPN wide pool won by a W21 and monthly wins will be just a tad over 90. Both of those have got to be near record lows.

I was busy with contests and betting during noon and 1, so missed a pick.

Then I saw they had a first half prop on SD/GB, so I picked that.

What happens? They don't unlock it, so no one can take the second half prop if they were trying for two picks.

I'm still locked into a losing Rodgers pick.

In both my money pools, everyone who picked the Brady prop took the under 149.5 first half yards.

I figured people would see the Brady name and take the over. Guess not.

Man, I keep having to pass up these second half yardage ones, even though the line on ESPN is almost always way off.

Game line for longest TD: 45.5

sftc second half line: 34.5 (plus there is a chance of no TD)

But I can't risk a 6 on it.

I don't know... If the game line is 45.5, what do you think the 2nd half line should be? Certainly <45.5, but not at all obvious that u34.5 is massively favored.

It would be a pretty clear favorite. I don't know how to calculate it, but if the game over/under is 45.5, a half over/under should certainly be lower than 34.5. Keep in mind that there's also a small chance of no TD.

Lost a W5 because for some reason I thought the 3 pointer prop was for UK/KU.

It was actually for the Austin Peay game, and neither team in that game can shoot at all.

I would've passed had I known.

Golf (US or tie) was the easiest of the late props, but the college first half prop barely unlocked before golf locked, and apparently I was picking as it locked, because lock time was equal to my computer's time. That won and the hockey pick lost.

Bad losing streak here.

Tough break on OSU for everyone that picked them. Not often you get a -250 pick on SFTC. Fortunately for me, I wasn't paying attention to see when my Michigan pick unlocked or I likely would have gone down too.

I now have a W9 going. They always seem to put several NFL props with big favorites up, so this is my chance to win this month's pool I think.

Got my first W12 ever and had to confirm my account (despite being on ESPN for 5+ years). Stupid thing didn't work the first two times, so I missed an easy Kansas pick and lost pace (I own the tiebreaker). If it ends up costing me the pool, I will be pissed.

Then he isn't. I try and remove inactive guys but I don't review and compare the entire list every month and check it against who sent points.

They screwed it up yet again.

I remember to check before second half starts (I had picked Oral Roberts), and it shows a red for me. So I pick the second half prop. Then I come back now and it says I won on Oral Roberts and lost on football.

Apparently there was a crazy finish in basketball and the morons at ESPN couldn't keep up. Ugh.

Once again, you display a lack of reading comprehension. If I'm only at 8 or something with not much time left, I focus on winning the forum pool.

If I have the forum pool sewed up and there's time to make a run, of course I'll try for the ESPN prize. I have enough time to make a run. The odds are under .5% of my hitting another 13 in a row or so, but it's still in excess of zero.

Optional, I'm just getting lucky at this.

I'm really quite lousy at streak, as revnecro would tell you.
