totally agree. ponder is starting. he is an NFL qb and will be solid. i have this line actually at FSU -3. so +130 on the moneyline is the best deal in days. if i needed some cash really bad id play it huge and hedge at halftime if needed. but im just gonna slap a unit on it

South Carolina is playing in the Gerogia dome for the second time in a month. Once was for a shot at the BCS, and now is for peanuts. They could not care less about the outcome of the game.

Think Nebraska last night. They have no interest.

Bowls are awful hard to predict....that being said.....I think if Garcia plays like he should, SC wins pretty easy. I watched both of these teams several times this year. FSU looked terrible early, but I agree that Ponder is a good qb, and may do well at the next level. They just seem really, really spotty as to how they show up week to week.

SC obviously peaked when they beat #1 unbeaten Alabama, but they're a solid team.....that win wasn't a fluke. They put a beatdown on the Tide. Spurrier always seems to be able to get the most out of his qb's. Garcia can look like a bigtimer when he's on, but he gets really flustered when Spurrier starts ridin him. We'll see which Garcia shows up.

I'm taking SC. I don't put a lot into teams not caring or SC having played at the Georgia Dome twice. The coach's job is to get their teams up for bowl games, and Spurrier's been to plenty of them.

I agree that if you're taking FSU, the ML is the play. The spread hasn't factored into any of the games so far. Its pretty much pick a winner and you cash.

Pac, you know Harris was benched right? Only reason he's playing is because the other guy got hurt. I love ND today.

Also leaning Fsu but not sure if I will play it. These two teams are too evenly matched for me to have a strong opinion either way

Sc does have something to play for. They got blown out of their last two bowl games and they are motivated to not let it happen again. If sc loses this game this season will be considered average. A win could help put a good ending to a somewhat successful season and could also help in their efforts to land a pretty big recruiting class. If usc gets clowney, and the otherr stud defensive recruits this offseason, look for them to be a legitimate bcs contender next yr. They'll have garcia, lattimore, and jeffrey back on offense and defense will be rock solid

He's a turnover machine, but he can also win a game alone if he's on. He can swing the deep ball and has one of the best reciever to throw in Hankerson. I see alot of love for the Irish on the board, so I guess imma be in the minority with the Hurricanes.

Oh, he does have talent. I have seen him at his best and I have seen him at his worst. Usually not much in between with him. From a talent stand point Miami has more overall talent imo for this game, but what I question is the motivation. Bowls are simply about motivation and the point spread seems to reflect that some. I think I will just watch the game or bet it at HT. GL Paco!

I live in SC and the talk is they are motivated to have their first 10 win season in forever. However, SC hasn't done well in bowls lately. If FSU can stop Lattimore they have a chance.

LB did you take Notre Dame? Easiest call for me so far, I went huge on the spread and moneyline. Miami is so overrated it's not even funny.

It will come down to motivation. If SC is motivated FSU has no chance. SC is brutally physical up front on both sides of the ball. I agree with Houli about SC motication here. SC got blown out by Arkansas during the season and struggled with Vandy and Tenny at times... And lost to Kentucy. SC hammered bama and should have beat Auburn in reg season, also hammered the gators. You just can't predict the Game cocks if they are coming to play or not. I am pretty sure FSU shows up so I like your chances, besides the underdogs is the way to roll in the Bowls...
