Meaning they're PMs, not IMs. So sometimes I get back to people right away if it happens to pop up when I'm online, sometimes I get back to them later that day or a few days later and sometimes I just accidentally forget.

Oh and sometimes I could've sworn I responded to someone only to find out later that I didn't.

I open them soon after I see them most of the time bccause sometimes people are asking me for my opinion on a game/match starting that day. I just don't always respond right away.
