I'd think online books would be able to, you just put a limit on # of pts and then you wager the max amount you can lose.

I'm not familiar with the terms "action points" or "lightning bets" but it seems it is American terminology for what the rest of the world calls "index" or "spread" betting whereby the more the margin in favour of your bet the more you win or the greater the margin it goes against you the more you lose. Exciting stuff. But not for novice gamblers!

secondly they jack spreads up a little so you lose a point on the commission
