I know this is a serious question which can be a downer but I have asked it at other forums for a reason.

What about life is so terrible that some can't experience it straight and or sober?

I have never done a drug and I don't drink so I have nothing to base my thought's on but I can't imagine an altered state ever truly allows you to comprehend what is going on around you.

Just curious not preaching.

im very depressed wal. i think about killing myself everyday here. im a loser and have no friends. im a 23 year old virgin and post on this website because its all i have. i spend 16 hours in front of this computer screen and constantly play with myself. and the worst part is ive never done drugs in my life, ever. it was all an act to be cool.
