Every day I see a thread like this while a legitimate issue (in the casino's favor) I had was ignored, it makes me question the difference between SBR and the dreaded establishments that get reviewed with low letter grades in its very own book.

It doesn't matter that these are points, and normal books and casinos work with money. At the very least its the principle of misrepresenting the casino (at least the single deck blackjack game), but then on top of it to celebrate these ridiculous victories in the book and casino is a slap in the face to someone whose been trying to get a response as to why you guys have what amounts to a rigged deck in one of your games..

It's been what...3 days?

Somebody needs to check to see if they have a pair, and once they ball up, deal with this bull already.

I don't care if you guys wanna call me a liar, or apologize, refund my bet (which if the situation was switched SBR would like any other book would cancel wagers etc in the case of errors against their interests), or even just ADMIT the fact that you stuff the deck/play with unheard of rules on reshuffling after like ten cards have been removed.

and apparently the stigma around this place is you aren't worth a second of breath if you aren't a 'PRO' (great, I really need to put all my loaded account numbers somewhere else on the internet)..just saw the thread bitching about Christmas points; while I agree beggars can't be choosers, this has nothing to do with a gift, and the fact that I'm not cool enough to have the blue link by my avatar turn black (because it's impossible to not a be a pro and have 200 dollars in a book..) is irrelevant.

I don't know if its the old heads here are scared of poking the bear by speaking up against wrongs here (god forbid they have to create a ghost), but I've never been a coward, and ain't about to back down when a bunch of people on a forum sweep my issues under the rug.

All you guys/gals that actually think you're taken more seriously by other posters (not SBR) because you decided it was worth it to link accounts to prove you had 200 bucks to your name need to be dragged down about 40 pegs.

Wow. Maybe it happened to me on christmas because the house advantage would be like 12.25% (obviously didn't calculate it for real)..But that's absolute garbage...

That might be a detail you wanna include in the rules as it isn't customary, and Rod M in live help chat yesterday didn't seem to have any idea about the idea that the 'software' is for a game other than the one being advertised (sorry but 3 3 of hearts in five hands of play irrespective of whether that's due to incessant 'shuffling' or not in a single deck makes it a different game)...as I explained my problem to him, gave him all the available info, and was then told that he would check it out and get back to me.

In addition to my (now useless due to copout) game log saved, a screenshot of it, the final hand in question, I also have that chat entirely documented.

This explanation is the equivalent of me hitting a natural blackjack, and finding out that in the game I WAS PLAYING that the goal was to hit 22 instead...

If the constantly 'shuffled' deck was (in my opinion) being stuffed with tens, jacks queens kings and Aces at the same rate I might buy it, but we all know that isn't the case...

if it is...that software needs MAJOR tweaking, as I can google and find plenty of online games of blackjack simply via googling that have a single deck and don't shuffle the cards like David Blaine on yayo was the dealer.

I know blackjack pretty well, and I was clearly at least confused; so if you guys are going to remain stubborn about the results of my specific gaming, at least create a guide of rules that fits the games you provide them for.

spargament you're unibomber type manifesto is without merit. The SBR casino is not a custom software it is leased from Digital Gaming and has been tested by the Wizard of Odds.com and others for the past 10 years. Online single deck is shuffled every time or else you would have an unbeatable edge and easily win a gazillion dollars a day. If you find one that deals out the deck please let us all know.

Especially considering personal tragedies ive gone through, that might have been one of the biggest asshole comments I've seen here (not that you'd take the time before throwing out offensive phrases to see if they apply to me personally), a friend of mine took his own life earlier this year; and without getting into the specific morbid details, used a methodology in which calling someone close to that loss being called a unibomber might be more than insulting.

I think this entire situation epitomizes the problems that do exist at an otherwise great place. If I had gotten a response, even one saying "the cards are reshuffled every hand" the first 3 or 4 attempts i made in various venues reaching out, I would have honestly been okay with that, even though deck penetration and several other variables seem to disappear at convenience from the games own instructions.

If I had never played a single hand in my life, in my entire life, and I was to read those instructions, I would have no clue what the difference between certain types of blackjack TRULY was, and how many decks were actually being used.

Any blackjack game where you literally can't create a true or real count beyond the three cards shown for a hand (player and dealer upcard) is worthless.

Citing wizardofodds is fantastic, its a great resource for all those learning to play Blackjack btw, definitely up there with qfit and some of the other top educational resources online..

but the wizard of odds himself would tell anyone that accepting 6:5 blackjacks instead of 3:2 just to see every hand shuffled back randomizing the deck IS INCREDIBLY DUMB..you might as well play with the extra decks and hands to increase the likelihood of seeing the cards in the correct proportions by increasing the trials.

Can any sh!t talking know it all even tell me without googling the extra house advantage distributed into each rule of the single deck offered in the SBR casino?

John if you did respond earlier and I didn't see it, I do owe you an apology; at the same time, your response did NOT come in the form of a private message, an email, or even via response through Live Help...I missed your response (im assuming in the xmas thread) , and I was all but put on hold indefinitely by the responding mod the one occasion I got a response to my live help inquiries (there were at least 3)

And there's a problem if said mod can't answer my question if the answer is as simple as its shuffled every hand. Not to make this an attack on that person, or lashing venom at John, but seriously? If I'm the square idiot that I'm being perceived as, how is it my question wasn't easily answered in the live help session with the mod.

Dude, I frequent wizard of odds all the time. He talks about live game odds. Software blackjack on all sites is shuffled after every hand. If they didn't card counters would win like crazy online. Do you really believe the software is rigged? Sure all online casinos have huge house odds, so be careful. But certainly not rigged. If you're playing online and want the fairest odds, I'd suggest craps and baccarat. But your whining about the blackjack is just retarded.
