I heard a couple of funny one's last night from a local when it came to the weekly pay up.

1)The guys claims that his house just got broken into, so he can't pay right away.

2)The guy says "don't worry I got you" when you call to collect, and then completely shut his phone off and disappears after 5 days

Better solution: don't give anyone 100% credit to start out. Instead, match each player's post-up with an equal amount of credit. after a couple years of timely payments and no douchebaggery, then slowly move them to 100% credit

well, I dont know about a couple years But I did that also, a goodwill up front. But that still doesnt account when someone who has been a good customer with no problems gets into ya for a bit. It doesnt happen often if you run your business right, but its bound to happen some, just the nature of the beast
