Well-played.

LeBron hires decent/good professionals for his money and legal, but for his general personal things/general career advice, he messes up big-time. He uses his friends as yes-men. He needs people who will tell him "What's the matter with you?!" when he comes up with these dumb-ass ideas, such as the Decision TV thing.

the first 2 or 3 years he was in the NBA I don't think I heard him speak once. probably should have kept it that way
