                    i hate preacher curls. they just feel wrong.
                    for some reason i can only do push ups with shoes on, but i was able to do 60 back in the day.

                        I hate lifting weights...I just do push ups and pull ups and swim as well as rugby practice and games......Weber you are the man.

                              Phuck curls. I do deadlifts, squats, benchpress, pullups, chinups and dips. Occasional mil press and upright row and that's all you need. Throw in quality protein and HIIT and you'll have a phucken body the ladies love.

                                    JJ, if you want to do those preacher curls right, you need to make some adjustments. Don't go down so fast and bounce it when you come up. Also at the top stop just short of your forearms being perpendicular to the ground. This will keep tension on the muscle the whole time. If you just pull your forearms back to your body at the top portion of a preacher curl then they are not doing anything but resting them. You will see better results.
