i don't understand the people who feel like they have to give away money to people who come out of the wood work after a big win (like the lottery) if anyone i had hardly seen/talked to before suddenly started becoming friendly with me after a win like that it would be so obvious their intentions and i would certainly NOT give them anything.

He lives in wisconsin and he's single, so maybe. He could buy himself a little house for 150K and pay it off. Then get a car for 10 or 15. That leaves him with over 400K and no car payment or house payment. I'm sure he will make some decent money off interest and then if he lives a simple life he could get by for a long time.

all his friends will want some $$$ and he will give them some. Once they spend it they will ask him for more and he will refuse and thus loses all his friends.

He'll buy a Porsche, develop a coke problem, wrecks the Porche, loses license, becomes addicted to herion and meth, will get a STD from all the crack whores he bangs, goes into rehab, develops a prescription drug problem, 30 minutes after he leaves rehab, smokes a joint, loses big at the casino, buys more blow and meth, Gets mugged and spends 3 weeks in hospital.

This is all before the Super Bowl.

Gets out of hospital, bets the rest of the cash he has on the Patriots who choke in the Super bowl. He is pennies, no friends and his unit still has a burning sensation 24/7. He wishes he never won the Million and will be eating McRibs and playing mononpoly this time next year.
