I watch most every Clippers game. You should know a few things. Blake Griffin is going to the Hall of Fame (barring injury). I called this during the first quarter of game one of the season.

Know something else. Eric Gordon is the worst ballhandler in NBA history (for a guard). This guy will stumble all over himself, especially during important possessions. Even though they beat Chicago on the road last week, it was still a disgrace that they almost blew the game in the last minute. It almost defies belief. I do not like the discipline of Barron Davis, either, though he has a decent rhythm with Blake Griffin.

Eric Gordon is the player that rubs me the wrong way. He cannot get his own shot. He needs to be wide open, or he puts his head down and plows to the hoop. he cannot change directions or adjust at all, and they will never win as long as he gets the ball in crunch time.

Watch him stumble around tonight when he has the ball in traffic. It is brutal. They are fun to watch, though.

clippers have their moments when they look like a legit strong team. and weeks when they look horrible. i think after all star break, if everyone gets healthy they will be a good team to bet on.

they still don't have a guy who can hit the open 15 foot jumper with any regularity. Until Vinny finds that guy they will struggle. They fought pretty hard tonight only to fall just a bit short. Blake can't slam it down every play.
