i think the point here is to identify actors that were huge as kids and continued the same success later on

I did intend to mean only long term child actors such as Ron Howard and Danny Bonaduce, not some meaningless appearance as a child by a Jack Nicholson or something.
I'm dropping out of my own thread here. Drew Barrymore and Ronny Howard are good enough for me. I'm wrong !
