I updated my iphone and now lost all my contacts. I tried to retrieve em from itunes, but it keeps saying retrieving from backup or something for like 20 mins, and then says Failed to recover. I really need these contacts back.

Just called apple and they said those contacts were not saved correctly before i updated so they are gone forever. What a horrible day, lost on the fucken Magic and lost all my contacts.

Yes, I've had issues like this before, as well. In the future, try to keep a backup on an external drive, or thumbdrive, but who has time for that shite, right? Great product, but stuff like this happening makes you want to jump out of a window.Comment -
